Virginia Scirrotto - Executive Director - Miss Ginny has been involved in the arts since 1985.  She has been working with children since 1990 as a preschool director and teacher.  It was her love of children and her daughter's involvement in dance that brought her to Dance Inc.  It is her wish to have the children of the community come to Dance Inc and develop their love of the arts.  She hopes to help them build high self-esteem and become positive role models.  Miss Ginny wishes and encourages her parents and students to visit the office at any time.

Kristen Dubler - Assistant Executive Director - Kristen has a BA in Psychology from Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College) in Glenside, PA with a minor in elementary education and dance.  Kristen has danced for more than 25 years and has studied with Janet Pilla of the Jeanne Ruddy Company.  She has also attended several worshops in New York City.  After college, Kristen spent 5 years teaching preschool.  She took a break from teaching to raise her 2 daughters Brielle & Mia.  She recently spent a year back in the classroom teaching pre-k at a private preschool and kindergarten. Kristen realized that Dance Inc is her true passion and will be focusing solely on that.  Part of her responsibilities at Dance Incorporated include writing scripts for both the holiday show & the year end production.  She also co-directs all of the productions.  Kristen's dance training includes jazz, modern, ballet and lyrical.
