Dance Department -
Ashley Antista - Ashley has been dancing since she was 3 years old and has trained in multiple studios throughout Pennsylvania. She was the student choreographer and a participant in all of her high school's plays and musicals. While in college getting her BSN, she was a member and choreographer of a dance team along with teaching multiple master classes to students of all levels and ages throughout Pennsylvania. She is trained in modern, contemporary, jazz, tap & ballet and continues to take classes throughout the Philadelphia area. She has currently just received a Masters Degree in education and will ber pursuing a career as a nurse practitioner over the next few years. Even though her full time job as a labor and delivery nurse is drastically different than teaching dance, dance has always been the best part of her life. She is excited to start working with the students and families through this studio.
Lakeisha Carter - Keisha started her dance training at the age of four. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, she got most of her dance training while attending the Buffalo Academy of Visual and Performing Arts. Keisha was primarliy trained in modern dance, but also learned and performed various styles of dance including ballet, Afro-Caribbean and traditional African. She had the opporutnity to travel with her high school dance department, and performed in showcases throughout Buffalo, New York City, Miami and Jamaica. Keisha graduated with a New York State Regents diploma in dance. After high school, she attended The Ohio State University and had the opportunity to take a variety of traditional modern dance classes. Keisha earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Buffalo where she completed a major in Health and Human Services and a minor in dance. After graduating from UB, Keisha joined Janet Reed and Dancers, a local dance company in Buffalo, NY. She traveled the Western New York area and performed with Janet Reed and Dancers for over five years. In addition to her dance training, she has taken classes in Zumba, Pilates and Yoga. Currently, Keisha is a local resident of Gloucester township and lives with her husband and two beautiful children. She also teaches first grade at Hope Community Charter School in Camden.
Kristen Dubler - Kristen received her BA in Psychology from Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College) in Glenside, PA with a minor in education and dance. Kristen has danced for 25 + years and has studied with Janet Pilla of the Jeanne Ruddy Company. She has also attended several workshops in New York City. She is a certified preschool teacher. Kristen's training includes jazz, modern, ballet and lyrical.
Amber Dawn Hongsermeier - Amber is a recent graduate from the University of Nebraska where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance. With her time in the dance program her work was selected to be shown at the American College Dance Festival and she was a recipient of the Porter Award for her excellence in choreography and dance artistry. Amber has been selected as a RAW perofrmance artist for their Omaha, NE and Philadelphia showcases and was invited to show her work in Theatrics New Artist Festival. Orginally from Grand Island, NE she had attended several local studios where she trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, modern and contemporary. Over her professional dance years she has included belly dance, Latin ballroom, several forms of African dance, and Japanese tanabata to styles she has studied. Since 2008 she has worked as a professional dancer, commerical model and dance instructor in Las Vegas, NV, Tokyo, Japan, Nebraska/Iowa, and most recent the South Jersey area. Currently she is dancing for Beyond Dance Company for their 2015-2016 season and is creating new work for her own dance projects.
Hailey Hubbs - Hailey is an upcoming dancer and choreographer in the south Jersey & Philadelphia region. She is currently a senior at Rowan University earing her Bachelors Degree in Dance, as well as her associates in Entrepreneurship. Haiey has trained in numerous forms of dance including tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern, pointe, lyrical and musical theater. Hailey loves to use her dance experience by being involved in many clubs at Rowan. Some of her involvement includes Dance Extensions, a modern dance company under the direction of Paule Turner where she is currently acting Historian, and Alpha Psi Omega, Theater and dance honors society where she is currently acting Vice President under the direction of Melanie Stewart. Hailey has traveled with her classmates to compete and take professional classes with the American College Dance Association for three years. Productions she has performed in at Rowan University include, The Slice the Air (Paule Turner), Making Trouble (Paule Turner, Leslie Elkins & Beau Hancock), The Women (Lane Savadove), Past, Present, Future (Paule Turner), Dance Macabre (Paule Turner), and has choreographed for the 2017 showcases, Move-ment, and a 2017-2018 Lab Theater show, It's Happening At Home. Hailey has debuted in her first Philadelphia performance, Dancing Past the Dark under the direction of former Atlantic City Ballet dancer, Jennifer Gordon. It has been her dream as a child to somehow involve herself in dance, and share it with as many as possible.
Achilles Inverso - Achilles is excited to be returning to Dance Incorporated for his second year. He began studing dance and acrobatics at the age of ten and has studied all over the country. Training has included Koresh Dance Company (Philadelphia), Millenium Dance Complex (Philadelphia), Broadway Dance Center (New York), Rock Center for Dance (Las Vegas), Velocity Dance Center (Seattle), and Vega Dance Lab (Portland) among others. He is thankful to be working regularly as a musical theatre actor, dancer and choreographer in and around Philadelphia. Recent choreography credits include: Aida (Haddonfield Plays & Players), Beauty and the Beast (RV Regional High School), Til I Come Marching Home (Broadway Theatre of Pitman), Pop Musical Diary (Philly Fringe - September 2015) and competition pieces for Omega National Dance Competition. Performance credits include: Paul/Bobby/Greg (A Chorus Line), Mark (Altar Boyz), Mistoffelees (CATS), Jackie (Andrew Pippa's The Wild Party), Harold Hill (The Music Man), Dickon (The Secret Garden) and Narrator/Mysterious Man (Into The Woods). He has been teaching tumbling and various styles of dance since 2002.
Angelina LaSala - Angelina has been dancing since the age of five and was on a competition team for 13 years. She has performed with the Ballet South Ballet company for five years and performed in multiple productions of The Nutcracker and Coppelia. Angelina graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelors degree in Dance; at graduation she was awarded with the Bryna G. Goldshaft Dance Award (2015) and performed at graduation. Within her study at Rowan she has taken a choreography class and out of that has put up her own small piece on the main stage. She also had many performances through Rowan University between dance shows and musical theater. Angelina was named as Dance Captain in Guys and Dolls (2013) as well as had a role as a hot box girl in the show. She was also a part of the Rowan University Contemporary Dance Company Dance Extensions. Angelina is trained in the dance styles of Ballet/Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical and the basics of Ballroom styles. She has been teaching dance for about four years now and is excited to continue her career at Dance Incorporated.
Madelyn Monahan - Madelyn started dancing at the age of 7 at Dance Inc. Throughout the years Madelyn worked her way through all of the in house companies and graduated as a Senior Company member. She was an assistant teacher for many age levels in her last 3 years as a student at Dance Inc. She has taken master classes taught by the Les Twins and Wildebeast. She will continue to take master classes throughout our area. She is currently pursing her degree in elementary education at CCC. Madelyn is thrilled to be joining the staff at Dance Inc.
Tiffany McGuinn - Tiffany began her dancing career in the performing arts program at Washington Township High School. She trained in ballet, modern, lyrical and jazz. After graduation, Tiffany continued studying dance with Atrium Dance Studio training in Latin dances like Salsa as well as Hip Hop. She then joined In Da Clutch Entertainment thus expanding her experience in Hip Hop. Even with training in so many styles, Tiffany was eager to learn more. She moved on to Arthur Murray studio to study all Ballroom styles: Waltz, West Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Samba, etc. and then with the Fred Astair Studios. Currently, Tiffany is furthering her Hip Hop training by studying and performing with Just Sole Street Dance Theatre. Through this company, Tiffany studies many styles of Hip Hop: House Waacking, Hip Hop Social, etc. Tiffany is most excited to teach because she wants to help educate the next generation of dancers to love and appreciate dance as much as she does.
Drama Department -
Angelina LaSala - Angelina has been on stage since the age of five. In 2010 she performed the role of Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at her high school. Angelina graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelors degreen in dance; at graduation she was awarded with the Bryna G Goldshaft Dance Award (2015) and performed at graduation. Within her study at Rowan she has taken classes on theater arts and direction. She also had many performances through Rowan University between dance shows and musical theater. She has directed her own choreography piece as well as costume design and assisted in the production of Lovesong of J, Robert Oppenheimer. She has been teaching dance for several years now including completing a production with Dance Incorporated. She is excited to expand her direction and theater career at Dance Incorporated.
Art Department -
Michelle DiBartolomeo - Michelle has her BA in fine arts and education from Rutgers University. She has done brief studies in fine art in both London and Rome, and has had several galleries display her work. Michelle currently runs a floral shop, where she is the lead floral designer and manager.
Music Department -
Alix Vitarelli - Alix has been teaching voice for three yeaers now and piano for one. Her passion for music led her to the Vocal Performance-Musical Education Major at Rowan University and she is currently a senior in the program. Her love for the arts is equally paired with her love for kids and teaching the arts in schools and private lessons. As a performer, she has been featured on websites such as "Broadwayworld.com" and "PB Entertainment." Some of her musical theatre credits include: Claudia Nardi in "Nine," Christmas Eve in "Avenue Q," Marcy Park in "25th Annual Putman County Spelling Bee," Millie Dillmount in "Thoroughly Modern Millie," Hope Harcourt in "Anything Goes," and many many more.
Fencing Department -
Mindy Gold - Head Coach - Mindy has her MA in education from Nova University in Florida and her BA in math theory from Temple University. Mindy is a certified math teacher at Ann Mullen Middle School. She attended Temple on a full fencing scholarship and was a varsity member of their fencing team for NCAA Final 4 teams. She is a nationally ranked fencer and winner of the Empire State Games.
Thom Scirrotto - Assistant Coact - Thom has his BA in English Communications from LaSalle University. He has been studying fencing under Mindy Gold for the past seven years. He has also coached other sports with a specialty in hockey.
Administrative Assistant -
Monique Pettinelli - Monique has been a member of the Dance Inc family since the doors opened in 2004. She has always been a helping hand at every performance or event. Having two children that have taken classes and are now company members, Monique can answer all of your questions with ease.
